As you ride through the community on any given Saturday, you are bound to see numerous garbage cans that are still left out. In trying to enforce our rules and regulations for trash can violations, we have found that it is difficult in some instances to identify who that trash can belongs to-especially in the town home section. In order to effectively manage this, we have decided that placing the house number on the trash can and/or recycling bin will help us to correctly identify which resident the trash can belongs to. This will ensure that the correct resident receives notice if their trash can is left out past dusk on the day of pick up.What does this mean? Over the next couple of weeks, your trash can will now have your house number on it. If you have any suggestions on how to better manage this process, or any other, please feel free to contact the board of directors.
