A copy of the revised pool rules can be found at the below link.  Pool Rules Revised June 2011 Below are the major changes which concern the hours of operation and lap swimming. - •The pool is open on weekends only three weekends prior to Memorial Day and two weekends after Labor Day.
- From Memorial Day to Labor Day the Monitored/Normal pool hours are:
•Lap swimming is allowed from 5:00 to 10:00 AM and 8:00 to 10:00 PM for residents for lap swimming ONLY. Lap swimming is defined as being in the water and swimming laps either the length or the width of the pool. Once you are finished swimming your laps, you must leave the pool area. During this time, residents using the pool are responsible for any damage done to the pool, pool house or pool area as noted by the monitor on their return the following morning. No admittance to the pool will be allowed after 10:00 PM. If caught in the pool area after this time, your lap swimming privileges will be revoked for the remainder of the season. Residents using the pool during lap swimming hours are responsible for any damage done to the pool, pool house or pool area during this time. •Request for lap swimming access must be made either to the Board of Directors or Cedar Management Group. •Pool may be closed during lap swim for rentals.

The board of directors is asking that all townhome owners hold off on repairs from the hail damage until we can get more information concerning the exact type of shingles that are installed on the townhome roofs. We will be sending out a letter either the end of this week or first of next week with the color and type that will be allowed to go back on each building. We will also be scheduling a meeting the week of the 23rd of May to discuss the roof replacements in the townhomes. This will give you and your neighbor a chance to sit down and discuss the replacement of your roofs. It is going to take a joint effort between neighbors to accomplish this task.

In light of the recent hail storm, the Board of Directors has approved a special ARC roofing replacement request form. Provided this form is completely will all requested information, color photos are included and the request is emailed to the address on the form you will get a one to two day turn around on your request. We have changed the opening and closing date of the pool for the 2011 season. Starting on Saturday May 7th the pool will be open on weekends only until Memorial Day. Saturday's 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday's 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM From Memorial Day to Labor Day it will be open on the normal schedule. Monday - Saturday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday's 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM From Labor Day to September 25th it will be open on weekends only. Saturday's 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM Sunday's 12:00 AM to 8:00 PM
